Jacqueline Fernandez

Jacqueline Fernandez was born in Sri Lanka. She is an actress and model, who has primarily worked in the Indian film industry. In 2006, her Miss Sri Lanka Universe title was also won by her. Fernandez, who is of Canadian, Sri Lankan, Malaysian and multiracial origin was born in Canada, and spent the majority of her growing up in Bahrain. Her degree is in mass communications at the University of Sydney. She worked for many years as a journalist on television within Sri Lanka before she entered the modeling world.
